At the southern shore of the Maschsee, on the grounds of the old and heritage-protected bathing beach, there lies the exclusice Spa- and Sport Club Aspria Hanover.

In the early summer of 2011, 83 Seaside opened its gates here.

From now on, everyone can enjoy the most beautiful roof terrace of Hanover, with a view from the whole Maschsee up to the new town hall, and treat oneself to the highest culinary standard.

For special occasions, the restaurant and the roof terrace of about 350 sq.m. can be exclusively rented for events. Addtitionally, there are diverse meeting rooms, 20 lodge rooms and about 5.000 sq.m. free area ready at your disposal for events, directly at the shore of the lake.
