The adventure-zoo Hanover invites you to experience its gastronomy

The restaurant “Meyer” is one of the favorite restaurants for the typical regional gourmandizing in Hanover. You can experience how Lower Saxony “tastes” through a culinary “discovery trip” through the seasons of the experimental gastronomy: Here seasonal deliciousness from fresh ingredients and best quality will be served – depending on the desires of the guests and the number of guests: À la carte or a rich buffet. 

Take a place in the “winter” in front of the comfortable fire place or enjoy in “summer” on the sunny terrace a fresh tap beer. In the rustic atmosphere of the half-timbered house which was constructed in 1669 the enjoyment ranks first – 200 guests will find a place here and will acquire a taste for the unique experimental-gastronomy.

For a little event the farmer “Meyer” offers his own living spaces. In the barns, the experimental gastronomy can be newly discovered. The pictorial terrace which is situated at the idyllic pond is for you and your guests’ exclusive available. – Isolated from the rest of the restaurant you can enjoy here the nature. “Meyers barbecue buffet” and all the other deliciousness’ of Lower Saxony will inspire your guests. Both boards offer places for up to 55 persons and can be rented apart.

The old repair shop at “Meyers courtyard” at the adventure-zoo Hanover

The experimental gastronomy, old repair shop is the fanciest pub of Hanover. The 300 years old half-timbered house offer places for up to maximal 36 guests and is perfect for nice parties.
The antique details in the interior room remind of the ancient repair shop of “farmer Meyer” and create a rustic ambiance. Tractor seats are converting to chairs; disused doors are used as tables and ancient workbenches are converting as a bar. Your guests will be exalted by the experimental-gastronomy.

The celebration barn on “Meyers courtyard” at the adventure-zoo Hanover

”Meyers” celebration barn, which is a historic half-timbered building which was constructed in 1743, offers a rustic ambiance with a comfortable atmosphere and enough space to dance – the perfect conditions for your future celebration.
If a rustic evening in the barn or a classy greeting for your guests – under the dark balks of oak trees and red bricks, will be a nice atmosphere. The barn with its huge outside terrace is the perfect location for 50 to maximal 150 persons.

Dive into the world of glorious palaces and bright colors. The legendary large ceremonial room is constructed on decorated pillars; ceiling high paintings of the Maharajah will fascinate the visitor. The saloon, which is decorated by mosaic and emblazoned by flower-ornaments gleams breathtaking in the royal colors of India, also thousands of tiny golden, leafs  illuminate a very special glamour.

To experience the magic of Africa live, you do not need to enplane into an airplane. You can book the experimental-gastronomy at the coffee bar Kifaru, which is directly situated at the waterside of the Zambezi

Here you and your guest will experience a African romance. You can explore the African fauna by a boat-trip on the romantic Zambezi and listening to the sounds of the wilderness, which will surround you.

Enjoy with up to 450 persons the African barbeque with exotic deliciousness under thatched roofs and wooden tables, during the sun will disappear behind the Zambezi. The romantic illumination of the timber constructions re-reflect in the water – An exotic location for fascinating celebrations.

Aunt Millis feeding trough in “Mullewapp” in the adventure zoo Hanover

Just next to “Meyers courtyard” in the adventure zoo Hanover is the “Helme Heines Mullewapp” located – and right in the middle you will find “Aunt Millis feeding trough”, which is especially appropriated for little kids. Chairs and tables are placed in comfortable boxes. Milk cans and cowbells provide coziness. – Exactly how real animals like it in their studs.

A tiny door next to the huge gate was once only intended for the little calf’s and is now the super-extra-special-entrance for the kids”! Two smiling cows are flanking now the entrance to the huge room where thousands of little soft balls are placed and where the kids can play after they finish lunch, and enjoy their time.

It is impossible to oversee the lovely details. For the signposting of the toilette the author “Helme Heine” came up with a very special idea. You can rent this comfy location for your experimental-gastronomy.
